Every person is unique.
Every treatment, too.

Kokoro (心) the essence of being.

Kokoro (心) is a Japanese term that cannot be translated into a single German word. It brings together heart, mind, feelings and our innermost being — everything that moves us deeply.

The meaning of Kokoro fascinated me from the very beginning. It reflects a perspective that is also particularly close to my heart in my therapeutic work: recognising each person's individuality.

The focus is not solely on your individual symptoms, but on you — with your personal history, everyday life and what is affecting you at this moment.

In Chinese medicine, a person is seen as part of a greater whole, in which the inner and outer worlds are inseparably connected and influence one another.
