About me

Sometimes a journey begins long before we know where it will lead us.

When I was 17, my mother took me for acupuncture a few times. To be honest, I had no idea what TCM was or what to expect.

But I still remember how pleasant that experience felt to me.

I would hardly have imagined then that these first experiences would also become part of my professional life many years later.

During an internship in the Caribbean, which completed my business studies, I became increasingly aware that I wanted to follow a different professional path — one centred on people, their health and their wellbeing.

During that time, I began to explore the health of body, mind and soul more deeply. I discovered yoga and meditation and developed a growing interest in nutrition, particularly Chinese dietary theory. At the same time, I became increasingly fascinated by the idea that everything is connected — people, nature and the world around us — and that our inner balance is closely related to our external surroundings.

In 2017, my journey took me to India for the first time, where I completed training in yoga therapy and as a meditation teacher. This time opened up new perspectives on health and healing, deepened my understanding of life's many connections and strengthened my resolve to take my professional life in this direction.

So in 2018 I began training as a Heilpraktikerin at the Zentrum für Naturheilkunde (ZfN) in Munich and successfully passed the Heilpraktiker examination in 2021.

I then completed three years of training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), specialising in acupuncture, at Shou Zhong Berlin. I began treating patients independently during my training. In addition, I took part in practice-based supervision over a total of three years, treating further patients under the guidance of experienced practitioners and benefiting from their decades of experience and valuable knowledge — both during my training and afterwards.
